By using Meead ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.
License and Use
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices in accordance with these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Service Description
Meead is an app for managing shifts, tasks, leaves, and performance tracking. The App is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Decisions based on App data are your sole responsibility.
Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers free content and additional features via a paid subscription ("Meead Pro")
- Available plans: monthly, yearly, and lifetime (one-time purchase)
- All payments are processed through your Apple account
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal charges are billed to your Apple account within 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period once activated
- The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew
Your Data and Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or any cause beyond our control
- iCloud sync relies on Apple's services and may be affected by service availability or your storage capacity
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, source code, themes, icons, and content, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App
- Overtime calculations, deductions, and statistics are estimates and should not be relied upon as official records
- Default leave settings are based on Saudi labor law and may not apply to your employer — please verify with your employer's policies
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Apple Terms
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA and App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
