الترخيص والاستخدام

يمنحك المطور ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple الخاصة بك وفقاً لهذه الشروط واتفاقية ترخيص التطبيقات القياسية من Apple (EULA).

وصف الخدمة

ميعاد هو تطبيق لإدارة الدوام والمهام والإجازات ومتابعة الأداء. التطبيق أداة تنظيمية ولا يُقدم استشارات قانونية أو مالية أو مهنية. القرارات المبنية على بيانات التطبيق هي مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

• يوفر التطبيق محتوى مجاني ومميزات إضافية عبر اشتراك مدفوع ("ميعاد برو")
• تتوفر باقات: شهرية، سنوية، ودائمة (دفعة واحدة)
• تتم جميع المدفوعات عبر حساب Apple الخاص بك
• الاشتراكات الشهرية والسنوية تُجدد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية
• يُخصم مبلغ التجديد من حساب Apple خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية
• يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك وإلغائها من إعدادات حساب Apple
• لا يمكن استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة عن الفترة الحالية من الاشتراك بعد تفعيله
• الباقة الدائمة هي عملية شراء لمرة واحدة ولا تتجدد

بياناتك ومسؤوليتك

• أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن البيانات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان البيانات الناتج عن حذف التطبيق أو تعطل الجهاز أو أي سبب خارج عن إرادتنا
• مزامنة iCloud تعتمد على خدمات Apple وقد تتأثر بتوفر الخدمة أو مساحة التخزين لديك

الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق بما في ذلك التصميم والشفرة البرمجية والثيمات والأيقونات والمحتوى مملوكة للمطور. لا يحق لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أو إعادة هندسة أي جزء من التطبيق.

إخلاء المسؤولية

• التطبيق يُقدم "كما هو" بدون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية
• لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون خالياً من الأخطاء أو متاحاً بشكل مستمر
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق
• حسابات الأوفر تايم والخصومات والإحصائيات هي تقديرية وإرشادية ولا يجب الاعتماد عليها كمرجع رسمي
• إعدادات الإجازات الافتراضية مبنية على نظام العمل السعودي وقد لا تنطبق على جهة عملك — يرجى التحقق من سياسات جهة عملك

حدود المسؤولية

في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمل المطور أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار خاصة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو تأديبية، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح، حتى لو تم إبلاغه بإمكانية حدوث مثل هذه الأضرار.

إنهاء الاستخدام

يحق للمطور تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق في حال انتهاكك لهذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بحذفه من جهازك.

شروط Apple

استخدام التطبيق يخضع أيضاً لاتفاقية ترخيص التطبيقات القياسية من Apple (Apple EULA) وشروط خدمة App Store. في حال تعارض هذه الشروط مع شروط Apple، تسود شروط Apple.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسر وفقاً لها.

التغييرات على هذه الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.

By using Meead ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

License and Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices in accordance with these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Service Description

Meead is an app for managing shifts, tasks, leaves, and performance tracking. The App is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Decisions based on App data are your sole responsibility.

Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers free content and additional features via a paid subscription ("Meead Pro")
• Available plans: monthly, yearly, and lifetime (one-time purchase)
• All payments are processed through your Apple account
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges are billed to your Apple account within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period once activated
• The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew

Your Data and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or any cause beyond our control
• iCloud sync relies on Apple's services and may be affected by service availability or your storage capacity

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, source code, themes, icons, and content, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App
• Overtime calculations, deductions, and statistics are estimates and should not be relied upon as official records
• Default leave settings are based on Saudi labor law and may not apply to your employer — please verify with your employer's policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Apple Terms

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA and App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Meead est une application de gestion des horaires de travail, des tâches, des congés et du suivi des performances. L'Application est un outil organisationnel et ne fournit pas de conseils juridiques, financiers ou professionnels. Les décisions basées sur les données de l'Application sont de votre seule responsabilité.

Abonnements et paiements

• L'Application propose du contenu gratuit et des fonctionnalités supplémentaires via un abonnement payant (« Meead Pro »)
• Formules disponibles : mensuelle, annuelle et à vie (achat unique)
• Tous les paiements sont traités via votre compte Apple
• Les abonnements mensuels et annuels se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours
• Vous pouvez gérer et annuler vos abonnements depuis les paramètres de votre compte Apple
• Aucun remboursement n'est prévu pour la portion non utilisée de la période d'abonnement en cours

Vos données et votre responsabilité

• Vous êtes seul responsable des données que vous saisissez dans l'Application
• Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la perte de données résultant de la suppression de l'application, d'une panne d'appareil ou de toute cause hors de notre contrôle

Propriété intellectuelle

Tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle de l'Application sont la propriété du Développeur. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier, distribuer ou procéder à l'ingénierie inverse de toute partie de l'Application.

Clause de non-responsabilité

• L'Application est fournie « en l'état » sans garantie d'aucune sorte
• Les calculs d'heures supplémentaires, de déductions et les statistiques sont des estimations et ne doivent pas être considérés comme des documents officiels
• Les paramètres de congés par défaut sont basés sur le droit du travail saoudien et peuvent ne pas s'appliquer à votre employeur

Limitation de responsabilité

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, le Développeur ne sera pas responsable de tout dommage spécial, accessoire, consécutif ou punitif.

Conditions Apple

L'utilisation de l'Application est également soumise au CLUF standard d'Apple et aux conditions de service de l'App Store. En cas de conflit, les conditions d'Apple prévalent.

Droit applicable

Ces conditions sont régies par les lois du Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite.

Modifications

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces conditions à tout moment. Votre utilisation continue de l'Application après modification vaut acceptation.

Hizmet Açıklaması

Meead, vardiya, görev, izin yönetimi ve performans takibi için bir uygulamadır. Uygulama bir organizasyon aracıdır ve hukuki, mali veya mesleki danışmanlık sağlamaz. Uygulama verilerine dayalı kararlar yalnızca sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

• Uygulama, ücretsiz içerik ve ücretli abonelik ("Meead Pro") ile ek özellikler sunar
• Mevcut planlar: aylık, yıllık ve ömür boyu (tek seferlik satın alma)
• Tüm ödemeler Apple hesabınız üzerinden işlenir
• Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Aboneliklerinizi Apple hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
• Etkinleştirildikten sonra mevcut abonelik döneminin kullanılmayan kısmı için iade yapılmaz

Verileriniz ve Sorumluluğunuz

• Uygulamaya girdiğiniz verilerden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz
• Uygulama silme, cihaz arızası veya kontrolümüz dışındaki nedenlerden kaynaklanan veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz

Fikri Mülkiyet

Tasarım, kaynak kodu, temalar, simgeler ve içerik dahil Uygulamadaki tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.

Sorumluluk Reddi

• Uygulama, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır
• Fazla mesai hesaplamaları, kesintiler ve istatistikler tahminidir ve resmi kayıt olarak kullanılmamalıdır
• Varsayılan izin ayarları Suudi iş hukukuna dayanmaktadır ve işvereniniz için geçerli olmayabilir

Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştirici veri veya kâr kaybı dahil herhangi bir özel, arızi, dolaylı veya cezai zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Apple Koşulları

Uygulamanın kullanımı ayrıca Apple'ın Standart EULA'sına ve App Store Hizmet Koşullarına tabidir. Çelişki durumunda Apple'ın koşulları geçerlidir.

Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Suudi Arabistan Krallığı yasalarına tabidir.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişiklik sonrasında Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Abonnements und Zahlungen

• Die App bietet kostenlose Inhalte und zusätzliche Funktionen über ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement („Meead Pro")
• Verfügbare Pläne: monatlich, jährlich und lebenslang (einmaliger Kauf)
• Alle Zahlungen werden über Ihr Apple-Konto abgewickelt
• Monats- und Jahresabonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt werden
• Sie können Abonnements in Ihren Apple-Kontoeinstellungen verwalten und kündigen
• Für den ungenutzten Teil des aktuellen Abonnementzeitraums wird nach Aktivierung keine Rückerstattung gewährt

Ihre Daten und Verantwortung

• Sie sind allein für die in die App eingegebenen Daten verantwortlich
• Wir haften nicht für Datenverluste durch App-Löschung, Geräteausfall oder andere Ursachen außerhalb unserer Kontrolle

Geistiges Eigentum

Alle geistigen Eigentumsrechte an der App, einschließlich Design, Quellcode, Designs, Symbole und Inhalte, gehören dem Entwickler. Sie dürfen keinen Teil der App kopieren, ändern, verbreiten oder zurückentwickeln.

Haftungsausschluss

• Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung bereitgestellt
• Überstundenberechnungen, Abzüge und Statistiken sind Schätzungen und sollten nicht als offizielle Aufzeichnungen verwendet werden
• Die Standard-Urlaubseinstellungen basieren auf dem saudischen Arbeitsrecht und gelten möglicherweise nicht für Ihren Arbeitgeber

Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der Entwickler nicht für besondere, zufällige, Folge- oder Strafschäden, einschließlich Daten- oder Gewinnverlust.

Apple-Bedingungen

Die Nutzung der App unterliegt auch Apples Standard-EULA und den App Store-Nutzungsbedingungen. Bei Widersprüchen gelten die Bedingungen von Apple.

Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen des Königreichs Saudi-Arabien.

Änderungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach einer Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.

Meead es una aplicación para gestionar turnos, tareas, permisos y seguimiento del rendimiento. La Aplicación es una herramienta organizativa y no proporciona asesoramiento legal, financiero ni profesional. Las decisiones basadas en los datos de la Aplicación son tu exclusiva responsabilidad.

Suscripciones y pagos

• La Aplicación ofrece contenido gratuito y funciones adicionales mediante una suscripción de pago ("Meead Pro")
• Planes disponibles: mensual, anual y de por vida (compra única)
• Todos los pagos se procesan a través de tu cuenta Apple
• Las suscripciones mensuales y anuales se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período actual
• El cargo de renovación se aplica a tu cuenta Apple dentro de las 24 horas anteriores al fin del período actual
• Puedes gestionar y cancelar suscripciones desde los ajustes de tu cuenta Apple
• No se realizan reembolsos por la parte no utilizada del período de suscripción actual una vez activado
• El plan de por vida es una compra única y no se renueva

Tus datos y responsabilidad

• Eres el único responsable de los datos que introduces en la Aplicación
• No somos responsables de la pérdida de datos resultante de la eliminación de la app, fallos del dispositivo o cualquier causa fuera de nuestro control
• La sincronización iCloud depende de los servicios de Apple y puede verse afectada por la disponibilidad del servicio o tu capacidad de almacenamiento

Propiedad intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual de la Aplicación, incluyendo diseño, código fuente, temas, iconos y contenido, son propiedad del Desarrollador. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni realizar ingeniería inversa de ninguna parte de la Aplicación.

Exclusión de garantías

• La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas
• No garantizamos que la Aplicación esté libre de errores o disponible de forma continua
• No somos responsables de daños directos o indirectos derivados del uso de la Aplicación
• Los cálculos de horas extra, deducciones y estadísticas son estimaciones y no deben usarse como registros oficiales
• La configuración predeterminada de permisos se basa en la legislación laboral saudí y puede no aplicarse a tu empleador — verifica las políticas de tu empresa

Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, el Desarrollador no será responsable de daños especiales, incidentales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de datos o beneficios, incluso si se le ha informado de la posibilidad de dichos daños.

Terminación

El Desarrollador puede suspender o terminar tu acceso a la Aplicación si incumples estos términos. Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento eliminándola de tu dispositivo.

Términos de Apple

El uso de la Aplicación también está sujeto al EULA estándar de Apple y a los Términos de servicio del App Store. En caso de conflicto entre estos términos y los de Apple, prevalecerán los de Apple.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen e interpretan de acuerdo con las leyes del Reino de Arabia Saudita.

Cambios en estos términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras la modificación constituye la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
